Serving your needs and protecting your personal information are priorities for Elizabeth Road, Inc. (referenced herein as "Elizabeth Road," "we" or "us). This notice describes the privacy and data security practices following by Elizabeth Road and explains what types of information we collect, under what circumstances it may be shared and what choices you have regarding how it is shared.

We do not sell or provide personal information to third parties for telemarketing or any other independent use.

Such affiliated companies may include, but are not limited to, financial service provides, title insurers, property and casualty insurers, etc.

Nonaffiliated Third Parties. We do not share your personal information with nonaffiliated third parties that are not third party vendors (as described above).  

Sharing of Information as Permitted by Law. Elizabeth Road, pursuant to valid legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order, will allow access to information, including personally identifiable information, provided to the Sites in order to comply with such process and to protect our rights and property. We also may share information about you in other ways as required by law or as permitted to properly manage our business.  

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

We restrict access to your personal information to those employees and/or independent contractors who have a business purpose in utilizing your data.

Online communication/Internet users. Regular e-mails you may send to us are not secure against interception by unauthorized individuals.  Therefore, we ask that you not send nonpublic personal information, especially social security numbers, through regular e-mail.

LIMITATIONS & OPTING-OUT

Limiting Information we use for Marketing. We do not release your personal information to affiliates for purposes of marketing. If you establish a direct relationship with one of our affiliates, they may market to you directly and you may address any request to cease such marketing directly to such affiliates. Otherwise, to the extent that you receive any marketing relating to our affiliates services, such communications come directly from Elizabeth Road and you may exercise your opt-out rights as discussed below.

E-mail Communication Opt-Out. We may periodically send educational and informational e-mails, newsletters, etc. about our products and services, or those of our affiliates, to customers for whom we have recorded e-mail addresses. All customers who receive these e-mails have the opportunity to opt-out of this service at any time by sending the request to seletra@elizabethroadinc.com.

Our Sites contain links to other web sites that may be of interest to you. We provide these links as a service to you and are not liable for the content or policies of any of these third party web sites. When you leave our Sites to visit a third party website, our policies no longer apply. Accordingly, you should review any privacy policies posted on other websites you visit to ensure that you understand and agree to their terms.

CHILDREN
This site is a general audience site, which is neither designed nor intended to collect personal information from children who are under the age of 13. In order to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act children under the age of 13 should not provide any personal information to this site. We ask that parents supervise their children while online.
