Per the terms of the signed CVR MLS Residential Listing Agreement:

“The Firm will provide professional photography and enhanced marketing services valued at over $500 as a complimentary benefit to Owners that utilize our residential listing services. In the event that Owners terminate this Agreement prior to the sale of the Property, Owners agree to reimburse the Firm a total of $500.00 upon termination.”

Once all of the fully signed termination document(s) (sent via separate email(s)) and this termination fee have been received, the property will be removed from the CVR MLS promptly.
